An ideal Free of Charge service for gift buyers...

You can browse our online store at your own leisure & add products to your basket. If you are unsure of which product(s) you actually want from a selection then simply select the Free of Charge Reserve & Collect option when you are taken through the checkout process.

The basket of goods will be sent to our Online Team as normal but, you will not be charged for the transaction & the goods will be held at our Harrogate Store for you to try first.

Reserved Goods

Goods will be reserved for 5 days from the date you placed the order & then, returned back into stock. If you are unable to visit within the 5 day period, then contact us by phone or email quoting your order details & we'll extend the reservation for you.

Collecting Your Goods

When you have completed the checkout process for your online order, there will be a link at the top right of the screen, below the site header, prompting you to print your receipt. Print the receipt & bring it with you to the store to collect & view your reserved goods.

Buying Your Goods

If you are happy with the items you have reserved, then your payment will be taken in-store by one of our retail team.
