We will deliver goods using the Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery services & in most circumstances your order will be despatched within 2-3 business days of us receiving your order.
Please note we always require a signature for your delivery.
Delivery Charges
Your order will be delivered FREE of charge if your basket total including VAT is over £60, otherwise you will be charged the following;
- Orders up to £30 - £1.75 - small order charge (recorded delivery)
- Orders from £30.01 to £60 - £2.95 - medium order charge (recorded delivery)
Out of Stock Goods
If the goods you order are temporarily out of stock you will be advised by email - We will order the goods from the supplier, advising you of the lead time. At which point, you are free to cancel your order if you prefer.
However, we aim to keep our displayed lines up to date & so, the lead times for out of stock goods should be within a sensible 10-14 days, most being much shorter.
Reserve & Collect
You are free to reserve a product to try before you buy - It's very easy - Just use the site as you would if purchasing a product but, when you arrive at the payment part of the process, select Reserve & Collect. The goods will be put to one side ready for you to visit our Harrogate store, where you can try & if you are happy with your choice, buy the goods over the counter.
